Marriage Guidance
The Harbour Church takes great joy in the establishment of marriage and delights in the union of two believers. As the Kingdom of God manifests on earth through our personal relationships, our valuable covenant relationships must be protected, deepened and faithfully maintained. We love to be involved in the building and mending process as God illuminates ways for couples to open up lines of communication, and to effectively show love and respect in ways that can be received by one another.
We often have Common Ground Groups for couples dealing with marriage communication and optimization such as “Love and Respect,” “Five Love Languages,” and such. We also have at least once a year a special seminar where the whole church is invited and challenged in this very important area.
The Pastoral Team is commited to help couples navigate well and steward responsibly their marriages. Feel free to set up an appointment if you want or need any help in this area.
