Harbour Leadership
Senior Leadership Team
The Harbour Church is blessed with exceptional and passionate leaders who are in pursuit of seeing the Kingdom of Heaven manifest on earth. Character, integrity and authenticity are evident in the lives of the each of the leaders and their family.
Darren and Wendy Davis
Darren Davis serves as the founding pastor and visionary for The Harbour Church.
Darren is passionate about teaching and equipping the body to function in their purpose and calling. The Harbour Church community has flourished under his leadership since its inaugural launch service held in April 2003.
Darren looks ahead to a time when large corporate worship gatherings will take place in stadiums, and still maintain the intimacy of home gatherings all across the region.
“Many will be sent out from this gateway city into our nation and the nations of the earth to prepare the way for the Lord’s return.”
In 1995, God led Darren out from his life in corporate America and into his true destiny as the Founder and Director of LIGHT International, a ministry which serves to mobilize a global church planting movement that trains and sends out end-time laborers into their God-given purpose. As the visionary for the LIGHT movement, Darren oversees all arms of LIGHT International, which includes the Eleventh Hour Initiative and The Harbour Church.
Darren’s heart is to see transformation come to the south Florida region through the local church. The Harbour Church is pioneering a relational community through it’s unique hybrid concept with the goal of raising up a generation of wholehearted disciples in their identity and purpose for life.
He and his wife, Wendy have been married for 21 years and have three children: Savannah, Jesse and Luke.
Gui and Sandra Kerr

Gui provides oversight to all pastoral care ministries. In addition, he oversees the Transformation ministry teams which include the Encounters ministry, prophetic ministry and altar teams. Gui is also a regular teacher in various capacities.
Gui and his wife Sandra began their ministry in their early twenties in Brazil, working first in music and evangelism, then moving on to two different church planting opportunities.
In 1998, they moved to the US to serve in a church with a large Brazilian community. Subsequently, they moved into a more home-based group in both Portuguese and English.
In 2006, they merged their home group into the ministry of The Harbour Church where they have become leaders.
Gui and Sandra are happy grandparents of 8 boys…and counting.
Allen and Eva Walker

Allen and Eva provide oversight to the Harbour Kids children’s ministry. Allen also leads the Deep End Youth ministry.
Allen and Eva Walker moved to South Florida in 2003 to help launch The Harbour Church. Prior to serving at The Harbour, they spent their first few years traveling with LIGHT International, leading teams and serving partner missionaries.
Their heart is to see the church awakened to the father’s heart and the spirit of adoption. In August of 2008, they became foster parents and their first child was placed with them. In December of 2009 they moved into a home donated to them with the intent of providing a loving, nurturing home for children in need.
They have one daughter, Aaliyah, and they have had 15 different foster children come through their home throughout 2010. The Walkers advocate foster care and adoption, and they share their story through speaking engagements and on their website www.allenandeva.com.
Justin and Janette Jarvis

Justin serves as the Worship Director and provides oversight to all worship ministries.
Since he began playing guitar in high school, Justin Jarvis has been marked with a passion for worship and the local church.
“The power of music came alive to me in those years, and Jesus met me in that place. It totally changed my life, and I had to find an outlet for what was going on in my heart,” says Jarvis.
In 2002, Justin moved from his native Birmingham, AL to Fort Lauderdale, FL with Darren & Wendy Davis to plant The Harbour Church. He explains, “God taught me the value of community, one relationship at a time. I began to see the church as my family, and it was something very new to me. I started writing songs out of that journey.”
For almost ten years, he has overseen the music and creative culture of The Harbour Church through training, preaching and leading worship. In 2004, he married his college sweetheart Janette Leong, and they have two sons, Owen and Elliot. From his family to his music, Justin desires to see the Kingdom of God and the fire of revival come in a life-changing way to this generation.
“When we love Jesus, we carry a catalyst inside of us. The love, power and presence of God flowing through His people, the local church, is what will change the world. I want to create music that inspires us to that end.”
